The Victims Unit visited the municipality of Recetor, Casanare, to enable the execution of four special accompaniment schemes in the municipality, focused on the improvement of roads in the village of El Vegón, the adaptation of the Technical Educational Institution Fernando Rodríguez, improvement of three communal halls (Center, Urbanization Altos de Recetor and Pueblo Nuevo), and the provision of the health post of the municipality.

The Municipal Mayor, Leticia Palacios Bernal, accompanied the delegation led by Yolman Osorio, coordinator of the group of returns and relocations of the Unit, on the tour of the places where the works will be carried out. "It has been a very big effort to complete the projects, but now we see that it is worth participating in the calls offered by the Victims Unit",  the president said.

Rigoberto Velandia, president of the Community Action Board of El Vegón, was grateful for the intervention of the Unit and made clear the importance of the project. "We put the workforce and the Unit materials, we hope to complete it in less than a month because the work is not only for the path, it also favors Tauramena, Chámeza and Recetor", he said.

The special accompaniment schemes that the Return and Relocation group is currently pursuing seek to complement, harmonize or make more flexible the offer or available state strategies of the communities that have been returned or relocated, in order to contribute to the sustainability of the processes.

To date, around 500 projects have been received throughout the country, which will be implemented in the second half of this year.
