
Communities of Leiva received civil works of return plan and relocations
In Nariño, the Victims' Unit delivered a school restaurant and community hall to the communities of Florida Baja and Florida, projects that were advanced through the special community accompaniment schemes.

Within the process of returns and relocations that is being carried out by the Victims' Unit in the municipality of Leiva, Nariño, two civil works considered priority were agreed in consultation with the community of communities of Florida Baja and Florida Media.
Leaders and board presidents of Florida Media, thanked the Unit for the construction of the community hall, which will be used for the events in the area, special meetings, health campaigns, among others.
For her part, Professor Piedad Muñoz, a teacher at Santa Teresita Educational Center, in Baja Florida, welcomed the school restaurant, which will be used by the twenty-two children who attend school and with which their quality of life changes because they had to eat their food on the floor and in the open air.
The territorial director of Unit in Nariño, William Pinzón, affirmed that "for the Unit it is very important to continue working in the implementation of these processes that involve the whole community and thus advances in the integral attention and reparation to the victims of armed conflict; We hope these works are for their benefit, that they make good use of them, that children improve their quality of life, and the community room is a meeting place for everyone".
