"We are looking for help": affected by blast in General Santander Police Academy

Victims' Unit confirmed that it will continue to add statements of victims of an explosion in the police institution in Tunjuelito, Rafael Uribe and Puente Aranda.

After describing as useful the statement offered before delegates from different entities of the State and the District, the affected material of the attack against the Santander General School, said that what they seek is help and support from the State to repair the damages suffered by their residences or businesses.

Regarding the benefits of the declaration, Guillermo Rodríguez, one of the declarants and spokesman for the sector on November 5, south of the country's capital, said: "I think so (it is useful) because we have been very affected with this attack, of which we have nothing to do ".

"We were affected psychologically and our apartments suffered damages. We are here looking for help and collaboration from the Government to help us and we can take a very good course. I believe that 50 percent of the apartments were affected by this attack", he said.

For her part, Gladys Prada, director of Registration and Information Management of the Victims Unit, said that the entity will evaluate the results of the day and that it will give "continuity to the other affected areas."

"This day was determined only for the effects of material damage in the vicinity of Santander General School. "In the specific case of the deadly victims and of psychic affectations, we will have a later day", clarified Prada.

As you know, the other statements about the attack in the Santander General School will be received on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 April in the towns of Puente Aranda; April 27 and 28 in Tunjuelito and May 25 and 26 in the Quiroga sector of Rafael Uribe.
