The Victims Unit participated in the first National Meeting of Solidary Communication that took place in San Gil (Santander), from the 18th to the 20th of November. The event aimed to reflect on the role of solidary economy in the development and peace-building processes, and to take step towards the national strategy of community media.

The Victims Unit participated in the first National Meeting of Solidary Communication that took place in San Gil (Santander), from the 18th to the 20th of November. The event aimed to reflect on the role of solidary economy in the development and peace-building processes, and to take step towards the national strategy of community media.

The meeting gather representatives from community radios in the country, and was led by UAEOS and RESANDER, which is an organization that is currently working with the Victims Unit in the implementation of a project to produce and broadcast a weekly news bulletin containing interesting information for victims of the conflict.
