The inter-institutional initiative, led by the territorial directors of both entities, Germán Narváez (Unity) and William James Rodríguez (Sena), will be possible after the commitments expressed in a working table. A meeting that allowed to articulate the strategy where it is sought to reach the 13 municipalities of Putumayo with an offer of complementary training adjusted to the needs of victim population.
According to SENA director, it is contemplated that this project will be implemented within three weeks. "The first thing is to try to focus the population in the different municipalities to identify the needs and be able to serve them in an efficient and timely manner. We are also trying to establish a closed offer with a technician for the victim population and if special training is required, "said Rodríguez.
With this proposal, the Victims Unit manages to link the population group not only in the broad training portfolio that covers issues in the agricultural, environmental, gastronomic or business sector that seeks to ensure that apprentices manage to create their company, but also to achieve join effort so that with resources of entity can be trained in a construction technician.
