Currently, the Unit for the Comprehensive Attention and Reparation of Victims has been compensating the survivors of conflict taking into account resolution 1049 of 2019 or Priority route for victims with manifest urgency or extreme vulnerability, (due to illness, disability and age).

The director of the Victims Unit, Ramón Alberto Rodríguez, announced that the entity will begin to compensate victims of the conflict through the general route: “One of the needs raised by the victims of the conflict is to advance on the general route and Before the end of this term, some resources were allocated, not only for those three criteria that are in resolution 1049, but also to be able to advance along the general route”.

"What we are looking for is that with the specific method of the Unit's individual reparation system, we identify the families that meet the criteria so that we can advance in the payments, before ending this term," added the official.
