Survivors of armed conflict in Casanare received administrative compensation
For more than 800 million pesos, 57 victims of the armed conflict of this department of Llanos Orientales, received their financial compensation for the damages suffered.
The Victims Unit delivered 57 compensation letters to the survivors of armed conflict of Yopal (Casanare), and carried out a training in adequate investment of money, so that they allocate the resources received in projects or plans that positively impact their living conditions.
During the delivery of letters, La Universidad Minuto de Dios (Uniminuto) and Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), made known their educational offerings with the aim that the victim population, advanced studies of higher education or carry out some productive project.
Similarly, Colpensiones offered a talk regarding the BEPS that mean Periodic Economic Benefits, with which people who do not reach their resources to contribute to a pension, can make voluntary savings.
It is noteworthy that this delivery of letters of administrative compensation, was carried out during this month of October, in commemoration of the International Day of the Elderly and therefore this delivery was due only to people over 74 years and who are in the priority route.
Miguel Avendaño Hernández, Territorial Director (e) of the Unit in Meta and Llanos Orientales, points out that during these days it is important to provide survivors, in addition to money, psychosocial support in order to provide for their integral reparation.
