Observatory of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law in the Meta is born
This would be the seventh national scenario created by the Presidential Council for Human Rights and International Affairs, the Unit for Victims and the Ministry of Interior, in addition to those already existing in the departments of Nariño, Cauca, Chocó, Antioquia, Huila and Norte of Santander.
The Presidential Council for Human Rights and International Affairs, together with the Victims Unit and the Ministry of the Interior, have made progress since 2016 in the consolidation of the National Network of Observatories on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (RODHI) in the framework of decree 1084 of 2015.
