The Philharmonic Orchestra of Medellín, the Agency for Reincorporation and Standardization and the Victims Unit come together to form a choir between people victims of armed conflict and people in the process of demobilization, so that they can perform during the Christmas season in public places in the city of Medellín, as an example of a true form of reintegration.
