Third day of damage diagnosis was completed in Cerro de Burgos (Bolívar)
The approval and validation of this document is planned for the month of October, which will serve as the basis for the formulation of its Collective Repair Plan.
In order to identify the effects suffered in the context of armed conflict, the Victims Unit met for two days with the subject of collective reparation from Cerro de Burgos community, jurisdiction of Simití (Bolívar).
During the development of the activity, in the first instance, the leaders of the Impulse Committee and the caregivers or weavers were trained in technical and psychological tools called vignettes, through which were identified the effects left by the conflict in that community.
Likewise, “the categorization of psychosocial damage was carried out through the exercise called spiderweb of colors, in order to validate and make sense of the description of damages identified in previous sessions, enabling the leaders of the Promotion Committee to implement these same exercises with other members of the community; I consider that it was a day in which it was shared and reflected”, assured Amparo Chicué Cristancho, territorial director of the Unit in Magdalena Medio.
"These activities will allow us to advance in the completion of the diagnosis with the construction of the damage diagnosis document, which will serve as the basis for the formulation of its Collective Repair Plan", added the official.
Finally, Amparo Chicué explained that “the next step that we must take with this subject of collective reparation is the socialization of the first draft of the diagnosis of the damage, the corresponding adjustments are made and we consider that in the month of October we will be approving and validating the document".
