The National Victims Board was settled for 2021-2023 with 58 members

For the first time, the Board’s Coordinator will be a woman: Eucaris Salas Salas, a business administrator from El Piñon (Magdalena).

In a democratic event attended by nearly 400 delegates from all the country's departments, which was supervised by the Ombudsman's Office and supported by the Unit for the Victims, the new National Effective Victims Participation Board was elected for 2021-2023.

The new Board was left with 58 people, and its new coordinator is Eucaris Salas Salas from Magdalena Department, who also is part of the LGBTI approach. She is the first woman to enforce this position, a business administrator who was also a Councilor for El Piñon. "To articulate processes with the victims in the territory" is her main challenge.

The new Board was structured like this:

Executive committee

The Executive Committee was made up of Eucaris Salas Salas (Magdalena), Jose Mendoza (Afro), Adriana Perez (Antioquia), Blanca Yoli Real (Vichada), Ludirlena Perez (Caldas), Laura Borrero (Atlantico) and Telemina Barros (La Guajira).

Ethics Committee: Fabio Machacado, Nhora Eliza Velez and Fleyder Pimiento.

By victimizing event

Forced disappearance: Liliana Gutierrez (Arauca) and Adriana Perez (Antioquia).

Displacement: Jose David Negrete (Cordoba), Orlando Burgos (Santander), Jose Alirio Barrera (Casanare), Zaida Vasquez (Bolivar), Idali Londoño (Risaralda), Rosa Libia Cuellar (Meta), Ana Guetio Caso (Cauca), Blasney Mosquera (Choco), Claudia Rosa Cueto (Sucre) and Jose Antonio Coral (Nariño).
