Rubiela Quintero Lima, a victim of forced displacement living in Bucaramanga, and suffering from a physical disability, received from the Victims Unit in Santander a wheelchair with special characteristics that will allow her to have a better quality of life.

The delivery, led by the territorial director Gonzalo García, was carried out in collaboration with the Municipal Board of Victims of Bucaramanga in Betania II neighborhood of the Santander capital. Rubiela, in the company of her children, thanked the Unit for the donation of this element, which is vital for displacement within their home. "I want to thank the Unit for my wheelchair, I was needing it since the one I had was borrowed, I am very happy about what they are doing for me", said Rubiela.

The Victims Unit in Santander continues with the commitment to make comprehensive reparations to the victims of the department, especially those with special conditions such as disability. To date, five wheelchairs have been donated in municipalities such as Charalá and those that are part of the Bucaramanga Metropolitan Area.
