Between March 17 and June 26, the Victims Unit coordinated care for 23 humanitarian emergencies in the country

These massive events correspond to 17 forced displacements and 6 confinements in different departments.

The Victims Unit, as the main humanitarian actor in the country, has coordinated the care of 23 emergmassive humanitarian gums, corresponding to 17 forced displacements and 6 confinements, in which 2.501 families and approximately 10.008 people were affected.

These emergencies are generated on behalf of the illegal armed groups that are present in some areas of the country, for this reason, in the period between March 17 and June 26, the entity has delivered Immediate Humanitarian Aid as follows:

  • Immediate Humanitarian Aid in subsidiary support to territorial entities through the mechanism of money amounts to 16 departments, 50 municipalities, 352 households for an amount of $ 420.989.942.

Within the reported information, AFROS (17 households for an amount of $ 19.425.783) and INDIGENOUS (13 households for an amount of $ 21.348.174) are supported.

  • Immediate Humanitarian Aid in subsidiary support to territorial entities through the species mechanism to seven departments, 18 municipalities, 4.079 households for an amount of $ 3.220.026.377. Within the reported information, AFROS are supported (1.672 households for an amount of $ 1.273.266.223) and INDIGENOUS (2.308 households in the amount of $1.795.171.478).

Likewise, 457 humanitarian aid orders have been delivered to victims of other acts of victimization for a value of $ 178.392.131.000.
