The day was attended by victims from the municipalities of Villavicencio, Puerto López, Puerto Gaitán, San Juanito and Acacías, and the sum delivered is close to 332 million pesos.

As one of the five measures of integral reparation to the victims of armed conflict, contemplated by Law 1448 of 2011, the Victims Unit, through the Directorate Territorial Meta and Llanos Orientales, delivered to 50 of the survivors that are included in the Unique Registry of Victims, their letter of financial compensation.

The sum given by the State to these people who suffered different victimizing events due to the armed conflict, was about $ 332 million.

During the day, the victims from the municipalities of Villavicencio, Puerto López, Puerto Gaitán, San Juanito and Acacías, were also guided on the adequate investment of the resources received.

Carlos Pardo Alezones, territorial director of Meta and Llanos, points out that for these days to take place successfully, it is necessary for victims to approach the Care Centers to update their contact information and identification documents to in this way, do not incur errors that result in delays in the payment of compensation.
