First Meeting of Citizen Service of the Unit
In the event, organized by the Unit for Victims, professionals in charge of citizen service learned about clear language techniques and delved into aspects such as trust, quality and opportunity in the service.
More than 70 citizen care professionals from all over the country met in Bogotá, to meet and update processes and procedures, for the care of citizens and the victim population.
"It is important to socialize the model of citizen service and strengthen in the territory the trust, quality and opportunity in the care provided by the Unit's face-to-face and virtual channels," said Loly Catalina Van Leenden, citizen service coordinator.
Currently, the unit's citizen service professionals are receiving training with the Special Jurisdiction for Peace JEP, in filling out the online form so that the people considered affected can be accredited in case 01, for victims of kidnapping by the Farc.
They also learned, thanks to the National Department of Planning DNP, clear language techniques to provide an understandable and simple communication, always thinking about people, which allows them to make citizens understand the services provided by the Unit.
And in the framework of the Anti-Fraud campaign, they received recommendations from the Agrarian Bank to detect false ID cards, alterations in documents, types of letters and counterfeits.
