Up to 1,365 victims of armed conflict received their economic compensation in 2015.

The Unit for Attention and Reparation of Victims reported in Villavicencio that 733 victims of the armed conflict received their compensation, totaling more than 4,863 million pesos.

During the Services Fair held in the capital of Meta department, 509 notifications were delivered to victims living in Villavicencio and 33 more to residents of the municipalities of Acacías and Restrepo (Meta). All of them participated in the event organized by the National System of Attention and Comprehensive Reparation for Victims (Snariv).

Carlos Arturo Pardo Alezones, director of the Unit for the Victims in Meta and the Eastern Plains, said that in the department of Meta in 2015 were indemnified 1,365 people who had lived different victimizing events within the context of the internal armed conflict.
