Territorial Strengthening Diploma for attention and reparation to victims began in Caquetá
Around 21 officials, in charge of assisting processes and strategies of the survivors in the administrations, participate in this training.
In an exercise articulated between the Victims Unit and the cooperating organization Blumont, the diploma course was held: “Territorial Strengthening for care and reparation of victims”, aimed at government secretaries, links of survivors of conflict in the administrations and secretaries of the Treasury of Caquetá.
Yhina Paola Lombana López, territorial director of the Unit for Caquetá and Huila, explained that “this virtual training of 80 hours, in which 21 public officials in charge of attending directly to the most urgent needs of the victims, participate in local governments, it is guided by specialists from Escuela Superior de Administración Pública (ESAP)”.
Likewise, he pointed out that the content of the diploma includes five duly supported phases, addressing issues such as victims, planning, budget, projects and royalties, taking into account the start of new local governments and the lines of action to be included in the plans of territorial development, facing the victim policy and its subsequent implementation.
Likewise, she said that this graduate contributes to the fulfillment of the initiatives of Development Programs with a Territorial Approach PDET, regarding the formulation and implementation of public policies that favor peace and promote citizen participation; as in social pedagogy and communication for reconciliation and reconstruction of the social network, taking into account the approach to human rights.
Delegates from the municipalities of Florencia, Belén de los Andaquíes, Curillo, El Doncello, Puerto Rico, San José del Fragua and San Vicente del Caguán participate in the diploma course.
