The CRAV has the capacity to attend the more than 400 victims registered in Sincelejo and neighboring municipalities.

With the fulfillment of the biosafety protocols and the infrastructure adjustments established at the national level, the Sucre Territorial Directorate of the Victims Unit reopened the doors of the Sincelejo Regional Center for Attention to Victims (CRAV).

There will be flexibilization of service hours to protect the victim population with the face-to-face and telephone strategy, under prior scheduling. Telephone service continues and users over 70 years of age, nursing mothers and contraindicated people with underlying diseases will not be attended in person and must schedule their care by phone.

The CRAV has the capacity to serve the more than 400 victims registered in Sincelejo and neighboring municipalities, and has 30 care modules and offices for the institutional offer, a toy library, auditorium, cafeteria and infirmary. As of this date, it will be attended in person with 3 modules and a maximum capacity of 20 people in the waiting room.

Isaac Hernández, territorial director of the Unit in Sucre, reminded the victims that "this reopening will allow to attend, guide, refer, accompany and follow up on this group of people who require access to the state offer".

He also added that the reopening and the protocols were coordinated with the Mayor's Office of Sincelejo, the Outsourcing S.A. operators, and in this way the guidelines for face-to-face care at the CRAV were proposed, with a minimum of officials.
