Buga victim care point reopens this Thursday
This point works in the House of Justice. The documentation service will be in person there and the orientation will continue to be done by telephone.
The Victims Unit and Guadalajara de Buga Mayor's Office will reopen from this October 1, the point of care for victims of this city, which operates in the House of Justice (Calle 30 # 13A - 01 – La Honda neighborhood.
The provision of the care service will be carried out according to the schedule of the assigned appointments, following the established guidelines to avoid crowds.
THE DOCUMENTOR: will attend in person according to the scheduled agenda from Bogotá and up to 10 people a day will be attended gradually.
THE ORIENTATOR: will attend by telephone according to the agenda programmed by the Mayor's Office. However, the counselor will continue to assist through the telephone line 3146443608.
For the access of all the people who request our services, the biosecurity protocols will be complied with:
- Taking temperature.
- Disinfection of hands and footwear.
- Requirement to use a mask.
- Adequate preventive social distancing and shifts will be established for access.
The office hours at the point will be from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. m to 12 m. and from 2:00 p. m. at 5:00 p.m. m.
