The placement of Help and Humanitarian Attention is notified by the Victims Unit through text message or phone call

As of May 27, the Unit for Victims, through its banking correspondent BANCO AGRARIO, will make payments for humanitarian aid in several areas of the country.

The Victims Unit confirmed that thanks to an Interadministrative Contract with BANCO AGRARIO and its banking correspondent SuperGiros, the population victim of forced displacement and other victimizing facts, will be able to receive a scheduled humanitarian aid transfer, and will be contacted by message text or phone call to notify them of your placement.

This was announced by the entity director Ramón Alberto Rodríguez: "What we are looking for is that the victims can get those money transfers to the most remote places in the country where it was very difficult to make payment days with the banking operator BANCO AGRARIO and what we want is to make it easier for the victims to collect money, all of this is due to the programming we were carrying out through the Social and Humanitarian Management Department", he explained.

The director of the entity said that this seeks to eliminate barriers to access, as there are places in the country where it is very difficult to deliver these humanitarian aid. Rodriguez recalled that, in order to access these benefits, victims who are in the RUV will receive a text message or receive a call with which they will be notified where they should claim the Humanitarian Aid turn.

The director of the Victims Unit reiterated to the victim population that all procedures before the entity are free and do not need intermediaries. Finally, Rodríguez clarified that "the Victims Unit does not provide subsidies to our victim population, it delivers humanitarian assistance payments according to the schedule.
