It manages and responds to requests from victims who request reconsideration of the decision made by the Unit.

It guarantees the Right to Due Process, Defense and Contradiction of the population, within the framework of the administrative actions carried out to determine whether or not to include them in the Single Victims Registry -RUV-, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

It is important to keep in mind that from the date of issuance of Resolution 113 of 2015, the competence to respond to Guardianships, PQR's, and Replenishment and / or Reconsideration Resources filed as of July 1, 2015, are the responsibility of the Group of Written Response.

Likewise, it must be taken into account that the direct Revocations are in the entity as of March 1, 2015, are the responsibility of the OAJ.

Cases filed before the dates previously described will continue to be the responsibility of the Registry and Information Management Office.
