Victims in Apartadó received institutional and labor offer
The Victims Unit participated in the Week of Inclusion, led by the Department of Social Prosperity, which convened other institutions of the National System of Comprehensive Care and Reparation for Victims.
Within the framework of the Week of Inclusion for Equity, led by the Department of Social Prosperity, about 95 people between victims of armed conflict and vulnerable population received guidance and advice on the institutional and labor offer through the fair focused on employability, carried out in Puerta del Sol Educational Citadel, in Apartadó (Antioquia).
In this space there were the participation of entities of the National System for Comprehensive Care and Reparation for Victims (Snariv), including the Public Employment Service, El Servicio Nacional de aprendizaje (SENA), the Employment Agencies of Comfenalco, Comfamiliar Camacol, Comfama, as well as the social programs of Apartadó Mayor office.
During the employability fair, the population received employment guidance according to their competences, they were allowed to update the resume and work profile, as well as information on programs such as Familias en accion, jovenes en acción and the educational offer, courses training and preparation for work among others.
"Very grateful for the job fair today, very good attention, I was satisfied, I hope you call me for one of the vacancies, thank you very much", said the young Yadira Chalá, participant of the fair.
The week concluded with the realization of peasant markets in the municipalities of Apartadó and Carepa, where the families victims of displacement of the Families in their Land Program, of Social Prosperity, offered their products.
“From the Unit, we accompany and make visible these articulated scenarios that benefit our victim population, allowing them to access the institutional offer, this is part of the different agreements and spaces that allow the system entities to offer comprehensive services that respond to the context and the needs of the victims of the subregion”, said Elizabeth Granada Ríos, director of the Unit for the Urabá-Darién Victims.
