According to the territorial director of the Unit in Magdalena, Jair Diazgranados, “with this action we are close to the closure of the subject of collective reparation in Cristalina Baja rural district; we are at 95% progress in the implementation of the collective reparation plan, and only one measure would be missing to close the reparation process that we have with the victims of this community”.
