Among the measures agreed to in the conference, the management of a comprehensive farm for this Cesarean community stands out.

In order to arrange four measures that are pending to close the implementation of the Comprehensive Collective Repair Plan (PIRC) of the Collective Repair Subject (SRC) of Los Cedros, La Carolina and La Paz parcels, located in San Alberto (Cesar) , the Magdalena Medio territorial unit of the Victims Unit met with members of the committee to promote that SRC.

For Amparo Chicué Cristancho, Magdalena Medio territorial director of the Victims Unit, “there are two measures of satisfaction and two measures of restitution that are pending; particularly, we managed to agree on the management measure of a comprehensive farm and agree on what type of productive project they expect from that measure”.

Similarly, the official added that "we also agreed to implement the measures starting in 2021, since many of them need to do symbolic activities in which many people participate and due to the pandemic it is difficult to do so".

Likewise, Amparo Chicué said that at the meeting the act of implementation of the community rehabilitation measure “Entrelazando” was signed and a dialogue was also established with the artist who will be in charge of elaborating a monument of dignity that is going to be made within the framework of one of these collective reparation measures”.

Finally, the territorial director of the Unit highlighted the good disposition of the participants in this face-to-face meeting, since due to the pandemic the actions had been carried out in a virtual way before which there were many connectivity problems since several of the members of the impulse committee lack internet in their parcels.
