During this year 143 victims of Casanare have defined their military situation
There are 16 municipalities in the department that have been impacted with this satisfaction measure, with Yopal being the most benefited.
Within the framework of the Commission for satisfaction measures of the Government of Casanare, the Unit for Victims delivered a detailed report on the management carried out together with the National Army, for the definition of the military situation of the victims of armed conflict in the Department.
According with the records of the entity, during this year 143 casanareños victims of conflict have obtained their military card without having to pay for its processing.
The victims who have received this document are from 16 municipalities of the department: Chámeza (1), Hato Corozal (8), Maní (6), Monterrey (3), Nunchía (3), Oracle (1), Paz de Ariporo (17 ), Pore (8), Sácama (1), San Luis de Palenque (1), Támara (2), Tauramena (6), Trinidad (2), Villanueva (17), Yopal (59) and Aguazul (8).
For the territorial director of the Unit in Meta and Llanos Orientales, Carlos Arturo Pardo Alezones, this management contributes to making it easier for male victims to access a job.
"From the Unit we do everything necessary so that the population that suffered the armed conflict can overcome the obstacles that are crossed on the way to materialize their life projects", said the official.
On November 23, a new meeting of the Commission will be held in order to continue reviewing the progress in the implementation of satisfaction measures for the victim population in Casanare.
