SNARIV entities are linked to the Cacarica repair plan

In order to advance in the review of commitments and measures of the Collective Reparation Plan of the Community Council of the Cacarica River Basin (Chocó), the Victims Unit coordinated an inter-institutional space with entities that are part of the National System of Attention and Comprehensive Reparation to Victims (SNARIV).

The dialogue was held in the municipality of Apartadó with the presence of the representatives of Cacarica community council, who in a virtual exercise told the representatives of the SNARIV entities the needs and requirements, according to their competencies, to carry out carried out the implementation of the Comprehensive Collective Reparation Plan (PIRC).

In this space, the link to the process of collective reparation of entities of the national order was achieved, such as the ministries of the Interior, Education, ICTs, Culture, Agriculture, Health, Sports, Unidad Nacional de Protección, Agencia Nacional del Desarrollo del Territorio, and Instituto Nacional de Vias, which listened attentively to the requests and needs presented by the group, taking into account their competencies.

During the day, with the support of the professionals in the territory, the review of the general context of the group, the scope of the actions projected in the reparation measures, the needs found in the stage of formulation of the PIRC and review of the commitments established in it and in the day.

Georgina Puertocarrero Córdoba, president of the board of directors of Cacarica River Basin Community Council, has been participating in different spaces programmed with the Unit, including this dialogue that takes place with the entities; In addition to feeling heard, she considered the space as productive and important for them: “The sessions have seemed interesting to me because in one way or another the institutions have been there to make agreements and commitments; there are some that are pending to be specified, but in the same way, times and dates have been set to carry them out so that the community of the Community Council benefits”.

For her part, Elizabeth Granada Ríos, Urabá-Darién territorial director of the Victims Unit, highlighted this event considering it as a space of great relevance and impact for this community that was listened to and attended to in its needs and celebrated the link between these entities to the collective reparation process.
