Unit launches strategy to strengthen knowledge of its officials in reparation matters
The “Reparanautas” strategy includes 13 podcasts on the entire reparation process for victims of the conflict.
The Victims Unit launched the “Reparanautas” strategy, focused on officials and contractors who work in the entity to strengthen their knowledge in everything related to comprehensive reparation to victims, which will be reflected in the processes of care, assistance and repair.
Enrique Ardila Franco, Director of Reparation of the Victims Unit, said that the main purpose of this communication strategy "is that the knowledge of the reparation department is appropriate for each one of the people who work for the victims of conflict".
“Through interactive and pedagogical podcasts, officials will be able to learn about all the repair processes of the Unit. These are the restitution, rehabilitation and administrative compensation processes. There you will find knowledge of all areas of reparation, what the Victims Reparation Fund does, everything related to individual and collective reparation, what the Psychosocial Focus Group does and, very importantly, what the Group of Returns and Relocations that serve the displaced population in the country", added the official.
Ardila Franco assured that it is relevant that each of the officials, contractors and collaborators, regardless of the area in which they provide their services, are aware of these issues. "Each one of the entities of the entity supports the missionary areas and therefore it is very important that they understand what the Directorate of Reparation does" he concluded.
Officials and contractors, through a series of 13 podcasts that will be broadcast in the entity's internal media, will be able to learn about and consolidate their knowledge about the processes of comprehensive reparation to victims, in order for these to be applied in their daily work.
