The second virtual table of departmental attention to leaders was held, created for the direct dialogue of the victims with national entities.

Delegates from the tables of victims of the municipalities of Santander, participated in the space provided by the Victims Unit in this Territory, to engage in direct dialogue with the representatives of the Unit for Land Restitution and the National Land Agency.

During the second virtual table of departmental attention to leaders, doubts were resolved about their fundamental right to land restitution on issues related to entering the restitution process, land restitution sentences, denied access requests, institutional offer by the Land Restitution Unit, lines of action of the National Land Agency, among others.

29 attendees, including representatives of the municipalities of Cimitarra, Florida Blanca, El Peñón, Los Santos, Zapatoca, Carmen de Chucurí, Can Vicente de Chucurí and Piedecuesta, received specific responses on the status of requests for land from the victims of conflict.

"They are very important spaces, because the concerns of us as victims were raised, hopefully they will be more continuous so that they can meet our expectations," stated Pura Cecilia Lurán Ortiz, delegated to the Departmental Table for the Participation of Victims of Santander.

The Santander Territorial of the Victims Unit has led these meetings with the spokesmen of the population affected by the conflict to generate permanent channels of communication with the institutions of the National System of Attention and Comprehensive Reparation to Victims (SNARIV).
