Municipalities of Valle are strengthened in the Information Systems Operational Plan (POSI)
POSI is the set of criteria, processes, procedures and activities designed to guarantee the interoperability and efficient flow of information related to the victim population that must be taken into account by the entities that make up the SNARIV.
Through virtual sessions, the Victims Unit, in its territorial Valle del Cauca, has been working with the links of victims or those in charge of this topic in all the municipalities of Valle, as well as the department's government, to reinforce their training on guidelines and procedures in the implementation of the Information Systems Operational Plan (POSI).
POSI is the set of criteria, processes, procedures, and activities designed to guarantee the interoperability and efficient flow of information related to the victim population that must be taken into account in the entities that make up the National System of Comprehensive Attention and Reparation for Victims (SNARIV). This should allow an adequate and timely exchange of information between the nation and the territory (municipalities and departments).
The first working session was held on May 7 with the participation of municipalities with early alerts, Development Plans with a Territorial Approach (PDET), the Government and municipalities with the largest population (Cali, Buenaventura, Florida, Pradera, Jamundí, Yumbo, Tuluá and Palmira).
On May 27, the second session took place, with Bolívar, Buga, Bugalagrande, Calima - El Darién, Candelaria, Cartago, Dagua, El Cerrito, Ginebra La Cumbre, Riofrío, Roldanillo, San Pedro and Sevilla, Trujillo and Vijes.
The third session takes place this Thursday, June 4, with the following territorial entities: Alcalá, Andalucía, Ansermanuevo, Algeria, Caicedonia, El Águila, Cairo, El Dovio, Guacarí, La Unión, La Victoria, Obando, Restrepo, Toro, Ulloa, Versalles, Yotoco and Zarzal.
“It is very important for the work that is done from all the territorial entities by the victim community that their formation and strengthening process does not stop with the pandemic. That is why we highlight their will and commitment to be part of this process”, said Luz Adriana Toro Vélez, territorial director of the Unit in Valle del Cauca.
