Agreement between the World Bank and the Unit benefited victims in the rural area of Chibolo (Magdalena)
The association of peasants and members of the community was strengthened with agricultural resources, as a measure of restitution of the Comprehensive collective reparation plan.

The Victims Unit, in development of the agreement with the World Bank that has been implemented in the last five years, delivered 50 pregnant calves, a bull stallion, 150 kilos of seeds and two trailers to the Subject of Collective Reparation (SRC), El Canaán hamlet, jurisdiction of the municipality of Chibolo, department of Magdalena.
The delivery of these goods for collective use was carried out at the end of 2018, for the strengthening of productive projects in accordance with the socio-economic activities carried out by the peasants, somehow repairing the impacts caused by the armed conflict and subsequent to their displacement.
According to the territorial director of the Victims Unit in Magdalena, Jair Diaz Granados, "more than 150 victims of armed conflict benefited from this agricultural production project, which was implemented as a restitution measure, in the village of El Canaán to improve the conditions of life of this peasant community”.
The nature of the community of El Canaán is peasant, and is made up of older people, young people and children, with the representation of women.
