The Victims Unit carried out the first training day of the Information Systems Operational Plan (POSI), with the presence of Cundinamarca municipal links.

The POSI, which aims to strengthen the interoperability and efficient flow of information related to the victim population between territorial entities and the Nation through the implementation of improvement plans, was presented in this space, in coordination with the Territorial central.

The formulation of this plan allows to know the real situation of the municipality or department with respect to information systems and to formulate activities that respond to the possible deficiencies found there and to solve them in other articulation scenarios.

For Sandra Ramírez, deputy director of the National Information Network, “the implementation of the POSI and the characterization allows for better input in terms of information, needs and differential characteristics of victims and their effective enjoyment of rights, thus we promote in the new administrations the activation of spaces to deal with these issues of information systems in the territory”.

On the other hand, the main advances in the characterization of victims in the department were presented, highlighting the implementation of this strategy in 46 municipalities of Cundinamarca in the 2019 period.
