Agreement between the Unit and Superservicios in favor of victims in Magdalena
With the agreement reached, survivors of armed conflict in the department will have a new point of attention for matters related to domiciliary public services in the Regional Center.
The Magdalena Territorial Directorate, in coordination with the Superintendence of Public Home Services and the High Council for Peace and the Post-Conflict of the District Mayor of Santa Marta, signed a point of service agreement for Superservicios at the Regional Center for Victim Assistance in Santa Marta.
The objective of the agreement is to expedite the attention and provide timely, effective and effective support from the Superintendency to the victims of armed conflict in matters of domiciliary public services.
The Agreement also aims at the promotion of concertation spaces and the generation of improvements in the conditions of provision of public services in Magdalena.
“We are signing the agreement that will favor the communities and victims of armed conflict in Magdalena regional, taking into account that our Service Center did not operate this service and thanks to this signature of this agreement we will have the happiness that Victims who reach our point of attention, have a good service provision in relation to established public services”, said Jair Diaz Granados, director of Territorial in Magdalena.
For her part, Keidy Diaz, Northern Territorial Director of the Superintendence of Public Home Services said that “as of today, two civil servants of the Super will be attending intention and will be providing support not only to the victims of the conflict, but also to users in general”.
"They will find an address of all their procedures to know what their duties are and what their rights, for a timely and good provision of public services that will improve their quality of life," he said.
