“Building my future- Construyendo mi Futuro ”, more than a strategy
Within the framework of the strengthening of integral reparation days and the adequate advice of the resources, the “Building My Future” strategy, an activity that allows this population to prepare for their future, is being carried out with a population victim of armed conflict. The Victims Unit in Cauca, through workshops, talks and skills targeting exercises, provides support to beneficiaries of the higher education fund, strengthening soft skills and managing to focus their skills towards labor productivity, within the framework of “Building My Future” strategy.
In these days, which seeks to sensitize participants to the strengthening of their life and professional future project, basic elements and concepts are provided to strengthen self-knowledge, build bonds of trust and define the basic concepts of skills for life, allowing them to focus from their knowledge, skills and customs on options to perform after finishing their studies.
“These activities of strengthening integral reparation, are a great tool for the victim population, since it provides them with tools to achieve their objectives after completing their academic activity, inviting them to explore their skills to the fullest and seeking to prepare them for professional success, either as entrepreneurs or employees, which allows from the territorial Cauca, to continue advancing in the fulfillment of the Victims Law in the department with total satisfaction”, said Dan Harry Sánchez Cobo, territorial director of the Victims Unit in Cauca.
In this way, we continue contributing to the integral reparation of victims of this department, contributing from the knowledge strategies that will allow them to strengthen the construction of a better future.
