Law 1448 of 2011 dictates measures of attention, assistance and integral reparation to victims of internal armed conflict, which aims to establish a set of judicial, administrative, social and economic measures, individual and collective, for the benefit of victims of serious and manifest violations of international human rights standards, which occurred during the internal armed conflict.
