Likewise, we want all institutional offerings to always have taking into account the victim population contributing to their social inclusion and well-being”, said Laura Moreno, territorial director of the Unit in the Coffee Region.

Induction to the Victims Law, powers of the territorial entities, prevention, protection and guarantees of non-repetition, assistance and care, differential approach, comprehensive reparation and collective reparation, returns and relocations and participation of victims, were some of the topics covered in the event.

"It is very enriching to work with the Unit because it knows some important aspects of Law 1448 to work with victims, it is essential that these lines are reflected in development plans, it is as a guarantee that the work must be done, Our mayor Beatriz Díaz Salazar from the formulation of the government plan included the victims, today we have 808 victims in Salento and the majority are businessmen and artisans, we must work with them for the presentation of projects”, said Claudia Hernández, victim liaison for Salento.
