The certification received by the Victims Unit has to do with the management of all its mission processes and Snariv coordination.

The Colombian Institute of Technical Standards and Certification (Icontec) certified, for the third time, with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, the Management System of Victims Unit in the registration, support, assistance and reparation processes for the victims of armed conflict and coordination of the National System of Attention and Integral Reparation to the Victims (Snariv).

The certification has to do with the management of all the dependencies of the national level and the 20 territorial directions of the entity in the country.

The text of the certification reads as follows: "Icontec certifies that the Management System of the organization Unit for Comprehensive Care and Reparation for Victims has been audited and approved with respect to the requirements specified in ISO 9001: 2015. This certificate is applicable to the following scope: registration, support, assistance, reparation of the victims of armed conflict and coordination of the Snariv. This approval is subject to the management system being maintained in accordance with the specified requirements, which will be verified by Icontec".

The formal ceremony of delivery of the certification will be in the coming weeks. In 2017, the Unit received this recognition for the first time.
