The Unit socializes ABC of the reopening of Regional Centers, in Sucre
The Sucre Territorial of the entity led a meeting in which it also announced the "Route of operation and articulation of the offer in the Regional Centers for Attention and Reparation to Victims."
Isaac Hernández, director of the Victims Unit in Sucre, pointed out the progress in the process of reopening the Regional Center in Sincelejo, and the harmonization of actions with the municipal Mayor's Office to promote all actions that allow good care of the population according to the biosafety protocols established from the national order, Sincelejo being the first CRAV to reopen in the country.
The Unit, through its Nation Territory coordination, presented and socialized to the territorial entities the "ABC of Reopening of the Regional Centers" and the "Route of operation and articulation of the offer in the Regional Centers for Attention and Reparation to Victims".
The route, which was publicized before the territorial entities such as the Sincelejo Municipal Mayor's Office, officials of the Public Ministry, National Police, SENA delegates, officials of the Department of Social Prosperity and the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, shows the dynamics and strategies of defined attention for care in the Regional Center: face-to-face strategy with three counselors; telephone service strategy with four counselors; face-to-face modality that will be scheduled in advance by blocks of 20 people every hour, since the capacity of the waiting room allows the permanence of 20 people guaranteeing physical distance between the hours of 7:00 a.m. m., until 12:00 p. m., and from 1:00 to 4:00 p. m.
The Territorial Sucre reiterates that the entry of users will be carried out with the minimum of protection, for which the use of a mask will be required and the disinfection of hands will be guaranteed to all users through the provision of disinfectant.
