Progressive return to face-to-face activities of the Unit in Ibagué
The entity adopts measures and implements the protocols for the return of officials to the offices of the Central Territorial Directorate in Tolima capital.
The Central Territorial Directorate of the Victims Unit based in the department of Tolima, in compliance with Decree 1168 issued by the national government that contemplates the guidelines for selective isolation between September 1 and October 1, is located coordinating the gradual return of the officials to the office located in the Combeima Shopping Center under the guidelines established in Resolution No. 666 of 2020.
In this sense, the entity will guarantee that the number of officials at headquarters will not exceed 30 percent of the current staff, while the rest will continue to carry out their functions and obligations under the modality of work at home.
According to María José Dangond David, Central Territorial Director of the Unit, a schedule was designed for the progressive face-to-face return of the officials and that “in any case the commitment to care for the nearly 170,000 victims of this department is maintained, either in person, applying all biosafety measures and taking into account the restrictions or through the channels enabled from the beginning of the health emergency”.
Victims will be able to access the entity's services and receive information, care and assistance, through the different alternative channels that the Victims Unit has, through the website www.unidadvictimas.gov.co; web chat, video call, telephone self-consultation, chatbot and SMS (chat by means of text messages from the page and / or from any cell phone to code 87305), or the national line 018000911119 and in Bogotá, 4261111, during business hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. m. at 9:00 p.m. m., and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. m. at 5:00 p.m. m.
Similarly, in Tolima, Boyacá, Cundinamarca and Bogotá, which make up the Central territory, seven telephone lines were enabled since April, which as of September 2 will be open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. m. at 12 m. and 1 p. m. to 5 p. m.

In the case of the points of attention to victims, which are located in the municipalities of Ibagué, Chaparral, Mariquita, Ataco, Líbano and Purificación, for now the closure measure that began to apply from March 18 is maintained and is analyzed with the municipal administrations the way to reactivate them.
