New mechanisms for virtual care for Meta survivors
Telephone lines and even WhatsApp chat were set up in Villavicencio and Granada, to process the requests of this population, so that it is not affected by national emergency measures.

In the face of the emergency for COVID-19, the Regional Center for Victim Assistance in Villavicencio, which does not attend in person to the survivors of armed conflict, had different telephone lines to which they can communicate to carry out the queries and procedures that require.
For victims in this municipality, attention chats were opened via WhatsApp through the lines: 317 441 28 95 and 320 496 42 55; the telephone line for calls is 3004412150, as well as the national line 01 8000 91 11 19 - (1) 426 1111 and the emails servicioalciudadano@unidadvictimas.gov.co and puntovictimas@villavicencio.gov.co.
According to the Regional Center, these virtual channels can be used Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. at 4:00 p.m.
Likewise, it was reported that the point of attention of the municipality of Granada, Meta, enabled the telephone numbers 312 524 8700 and 312 523 8167, in which professionals from the Victims Unit will be solving the multiple concerns that may arise in the face of processes such as compensation, humanitarian aid, and other procedures that are required to be carried out.
The territorial director for Meta and Llanos Orientales, Carlos Arturo Pardo Alezones, explained that these lines set up in coordination with the mayors of Villavicencio and Granada, and the Governorate of Meta, will help survivors obtain adequate and reliable advice, and not they fall prey to scammers or false promises.
