Cartago Victims Attention Point resumes face-to-face care

This headquarters, which operates in the House of Justice, will have an opening hours from 8 a.m. m. at 2:00 p.m. m. in continuous shift.

The Cartago Victims Attention Point will be reopened on October 1, as determined by the Victims Unit and the Mayor's Office of this municipality in Norte del Valle.

At this point, which works in the House of Justice of Cartago, it will be attended in person from 8:00 a.m. m. at 2:00 p.m. m. in continuous shift. Each day a maximum of 35 people will be attended for orientation, with a shift that will be assigned by means of a card in the morning of the same day. This service will be complemented with attention through lines 3216546936 and 3216548432.

For the access of all people who request face-to-face services, the biosafety protocols will be complied with:

  • Taking temperature.
  • Disinfection of hands and footwear.
  • Requirement to use a mask.
  • Adequate preventive social distancing and shifts will be established for access.
