The Victims Unit implements the system of shifts in the facilities of the Regional Center for Attention to Victims (CRAV) in Villavicencio, Meta.

“This system is an indispensable tool to control the attention of more than 300 victims who come daily to the CRAV. We are looking for these people to meet with personalized guidance, optimizing the processes, and controlling the line automatically”, said Miguel Avendaño Hernández, territorial director for Meta and Llanos Orientales (e).

The model has been successfully implemented in Montería, San José del Guaviare, Buenaventura, and other cities in the country, monitoring in real time on a single platform, the operability in the attention processes nationwide.

For her part, Yuli Acosta, who attended to update the information of her family nucleus, said: “It seems good to me, initially if we feel that the attention with the system advanced today, facilitating that they attend us quickly and above all in a more organized way”.

One of the benefits with this mechanism will be that “we will completely avoid the sale of shifts, unscrupulous actions that we strongly reject. We take advantage of this space to invite those who know cases about this crime, to anonymously report these people through the line 018000911119 or by email to grupocontrafraudes@unidadvictimas.gov.co”, said the territorial director.
