78 victims were treated in a virtual care sesión, in Cantagallo
The conference, which was carried out in conjunction with the psychosocial strategy ‘Hilando’, was carried out in compliance with all biosafety measures in order to avoid COVID-19 infections.
A total of 78 people were assisted in a virtual day held for victims residing in the municipality of Cantagallo (Bolívar).
The working day, which was carried out through a videoconferencing platform, was articulated between the Magdalena Medio Territorial of the Victims Unit and the Ombudsmen.
According to Amparo Chicué Cristancho, Magdalena Medio territorial director of the Victims Unit, “the place where the attention was carried out was an auditorium of Cantagallo Mayor's Office, where people entered individually, they sat in front of the computer and there around of 20 minutes was attended virtually by a counselor who was in the city of Barrancabermeja”.
“Previously, the professional in charge of the psychosocial strategy 'Hilando' in said municipality, made a call inviting people who are part of the aforementioned strategy to the conference, made the appointment schedule for the two days that the care lasted and was accompanying all day", added the official.
The topics most consulted during the activity were Compensation, humanitarian assistance and registration.
The day was carried out in compliance with all biosecurity measures in order to avoid COVID-19 infections.
