The decree contains measures of assistance, care, comprehensive reparation and restitution of territorial rights to victims belonging to indigenous peoples.

The Ethnic Affairs Directorate and the Group of Returns and Relocations of the Victims Unit, within the framework of early warning 051-19, virtually socialized the local authorities of Puerto Berrío (Antioquia), Decree Law 4633 of the 2011.

The decree dictates measures of assistance, care, comprehensive reparation and restitution of territorial rights to victims belonging to indigenous peoples.

Likewise, during the day the Return and Relocation Plan was also socialized in the face of the accompaniment of ethnic communities that express their intention to return or relocate, which will be executed in conjunction with the entities of the National System of Attention and Comprehensive Reparation to Victims (SNARIV) and under the principles of security, dignity and voluntariness, in accordance with the provisions in this regard in Decree Law 4633, 4634 and 4635 of 2011.

The secretaries of Government, Finance and Health participated in the socialization, as well as the liaison of victims of Puerto Berrío and officials of Magdalena Medio territorial direction of the Unit, and it was directed by officials of returns and relocations and ethnic affairs of the central level of the Victims Unit.
