A strategy to shield the victim population from the risks of conflict was presented in Sucre
The initiative reinforces the immediate Humanitarian Attention component to reduce the negative impacts on the personal and social situation of survivors.
In the territorial Sucre of the Victims Unit, the co-responsibility strategy for Subsidiary support was presented, whose essential component is the Humanitarian Assistance and Support necessary to lessen the impact of conflict, according to Isaac Hernández, director of the Unit in that region from the country.
According to Hernández, the Unit and the Government of Sucre actively participate in the initiative, in response to the articulation mandate that provides care and reparation for victims throughout the national territory.
The strategy presented, according to Hernández, provide a subsidiary support for the attention and Immediate Humanitarian Aid (AHÍ), to the territorial entities that according to the development of conflict and its situation require it, to diminish the vulnerability of the population against the risks derived from the armed conflict.
The territorial director stressed that the strategy, presented publicly, promotes the articulation of the Nation with territorial, departmental and municipal entities, with the crucial objective of satisfying the needs of the victim population.
