In coordination, the Unit for Victims and the Mayor's Office of Santa Marta have been carrying out sanitary works to enable the reopening of the Regional Center for Victims, CRAV, in order to resume face-to-face service.

The aforementioned care will be carried out by means of previous appointments, in order to maintain the allowed capacity and with the biosafety protocols, guaranteeing the protection of the victims who go to the assistance points and the officials who provide the advice.

“We are working hard in coordination with the Mayor's Office of Santa Marta for the reopening of the Regional Center for Attention to Victims in Santa Marta, that is why we inform all the victims of the department that to date we do not have face-to-face care, we are not providing the service and for that reason, we want to clarify and prevent the victims from moving from other municipalities of the department to the Santa Marta district and not receiving the required attention”, said Jair Diazgranados, director of the Victims Unit in Magdalena.

It is important to remember that all virtual service channels are still active through the website www.unidadvictimas.gov.co and the department's telephone lines:
