The Unit has treated almost 2.100.000 victims in its non-contact channels, in four months of health emergency
The entity continues to adopt measures aimed at guaranteeing the care, assistance and reparation of the victim population.
Since March 17, when the national government decreed a state of economic, social and ecological emergency throughout the national territory, the Unit for Comprehensive Victim Reparation Care has strengthened telephone and virtual care channels, with telephone lines 018000, telephone self-consultation, mailbox, outbound, SMS from the website or free cell phone, chat bot, online unit, fax, network support in order to guarantee the care of victims.
As of July 17, the entity has received 5.801.920 requests from 2.084.328 victims through the telephone, virtual and written attention channels.
Of the requests made by the victims, 900.625 are related to general humanitarian assistance issues, 1.151.145 to reparation issues, 938.542 new features in the administrative record and finally other requests 2.586.672 worth clarifying that a person can make several requests through of the different care channels.
In this report, presented by the entity, it was evidenced that in valuation of inscriptions of the Single Registry of Victims for individual events, 22.440 requests were attended, including 44.343 victims and 124 for massive events, corresponding to 15.892 victims, for a total of users attended to 60.235.
Regarding the payment of Humanitarian Attention, the Unit reported that it has delivered 323.733 turns of humanitarian attention to homes victims of forced displacement for a value of $202.871.385.000.
In the framework of the additional care that the Unit has provided, 23.953 food kits have been delivered to the victim population to solve the effects of the mandatory isolation due to the current pandemic.
Regarding the payments of compensation to the victims of conflict, it was reported that 62.539 administrative compensation has been recognized to 62.056 victims for a value of $477.965.569.555. These administrative indemnities have benefited people who "meet the requirements to obtain this measure of reparation and present situations of manifest urgency or extreme vulnerability due to age (over 74 years of age), disability or orphan, dilapidated, catastrophic or highly illnesses cost".
The new balance presented by the Victims Unit revealed that in execution of the agreement 1957 of 2019 with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), since June 8 began the characterization of the needs of victims in Ecuador and Panama affected by the emergency situation world. As of July 10, 223 cash supports have been approved with an estimated amount of 41.635 USD.
Attention to Humanitarian Emergencies:
The Victims Unit, as the main humanitarian actor in the country, had knowledge of and dealt with 27 massive humanitarian emergencies, corresponding to 19 forced displacements and 8 confinements, in which 3.116 families and approximately 120.018 people were affected.

Money Mechanism: Immediate Humanitarian Aid deliveries have been made in subsidiary support to territorial entities through the money amounts mechanism to 17 Departments, 63 municipalities, 514 households for an amount of $ 608.993.426.
Within the reported information, AFROS (43 households for an amount of $ 36.727.279) and INDIGENOUS (13 households for an amount of $ 21.348.174) are supported.
Species Mechanism: Immediate Humanitarian Aid deliveries have been made in subsidiary support to territorial entities by the Species mechanism to 7 Departments, 18 municipalities, 4.225 households for an amount of $ 3.298.303.728
