Through text messages and other non-contact channels, the Victims Unit, so far in 2020, has guaranteed access to Humanitarian Care to 15,701 homes victims of forced displacement in municipalities of the Antioquia Urabá and Darien Chocoano, to guarantee the minimum subsistence components.

The drafts, amounting to $ 8,839 million, delivered until April, seek to mitigate the minimum deficiencies of these families included in the Single Registry, and that, in these subregions, they represent 343,227 victims subject to care.

Likewise, the Unit, with the route of returns and relocations, has implemented 15 Special Schemes of Community Accompaniment (EEAC), in communities that were victims of displacement, as a complement to the state offer that allows their socioeconomic stabilization, which were initially implemented in the municipalities of Carepa, Mutatá, Arboletes, and Turbo district.

In these areas of the country, the entity provided the returned communities with provisions for educational institutions and to strengthen social and community infrastructure, with an investment of more than $ 740 million pesos.

The Unit, through non-contact channels, has been guaranteeing access to procedures and services and informing the representatives of the participation tables about these advances in the comprehensive care and reparation of victims during these months of preventive isolation.
