This will be the payment of humanitarian aid in Nariño
Following the instructions of the national government, the Victims Unit will advance the payment in Nariño of 3,595 million pesos to 5,077 victims of the department's armed conflict, who had already scheduled the delivery of humanitarian aid.
The national government, at the head of the Administrative Department for Social Prosperity and the Victims Unit, are implementing a series of actions in order to guarantee the rights of the victim population and affect as little as possible their access to care measures, assistance and reparation, during the mandatory isolation decreed from March 25.
The Victims Unit has made 31,500 million pesos, of which 3,595 million are for the survivors of armed conflict in the department of Nariño, benefiting 5,077 people who had already programmed emergency humanitarian aid, which is provided to the population victim of displacement, in order to guarantee the minimum in food, accommodation and access to health services, in accordance with the conditions of the home after the occurrence of the event.
The Victims Unit will inform the beneficiaries, the value and place of withdrawal of the money order, and given the circumstances of the isolation, it will be sought that those people who are banked, can receive the respective money directly to their account.
These measures are part of the contingency plan adopted by the COVID-19 pandemic, however, the Unit clarifies that these resources will be delivered to people who were already scheduled to receive their humanitarian aid in April, fulfilling the mission of assistance and care for victims of armed conflict.
