Alternative lines of Victims Care have answered 500 requests in Casanare
These new communication channels seek to guarantee the access of the victims of conflict to the services of the Unit, during the mandatory preventive isolation decreed throughout the country.
The survivors of conflict in the department of Casanare have resorted in a massive way to the alternative telephone lines set up by the Victims Unit, in order to guarantee care during the period of mandatory preventive isolation.
The entity's records indicate that to date, and since March 18, when face-to-face care was suspended at Yopal and Paz de Ariporo service points, 500 inquiries from victims have been answered through the cell 3232266939 and 3123562230, respectively.
Carlos Pardo Alezones, territorial director of the Unit in Meta and Llanos Orientales, described the reception of the new communication channels by the victim population of the department as successful.
To guarantee care during the isolation period, the Unit has had other channels such as the national attention line 018000911119; the line (+51) 4261111; chat by SMS from any cell phone to the code 87305, and chat and video call from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. at 5:00 p.m., through the official website www.unidadvictimas.gov.co.
Likewise, the PQR-ROC services, guardianships, verbal membership processes, replacement appeals and administrative offices, may be processed through the emails servicioalciudadano@unidadvictimas.gov.co and notificaciones.juridicauariv@unidadvictimas.gov.co.
