Special lines for the care of victims are enabled in Cali
Users can call 5240050 and 3154178793 at the times established by the entity to provide guidance to the population surviving the conflict.
The Victims Unit has as of Monday two special lines for Users of the Regional Center for Attention to Victims of Cali, through which they will be attended for advice and procedures with the entity, free of charge: 5240050 and 3154178793.
With these lines, virtual assistance to the victim population of this city is reinforced, since the regional center in the capital of Valle is temporarily closed given the measures adopted at the national level to prevent the spread of COVID -19.
According to Luz Adriana Toro Vélez, Valle del Cauca territorial director of the Victims Unit, “notifiers and counselors work from home responding to the needs of our community, attending at 7:00 a.m. at 12:00 m. and from 1:00 p.m. at 5:00 p.m.”
The official recalled that there are also special lines for other municipalities in Valle and their areas of influence:
